Shipping

After you place an order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. We make every effort to fulfil every order as quickly as possible. In order to keep waste at a minimum some of our products are made to order so please allow some extra days for production.

Once your order is out for shipping you will receive an email with a tracking number in place so both you and Jibbin can track your pack!

We ship to pretty much anywhere in the world as we wouldn't want anyone feeling like they can't get their hands on some phreshh jibs!

*Covid-19 Update - Unfortunately due to Covid-19 everyone, and anyone are using it as an excuse to be SLOW!! As much as we aim to get your order processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Delivery companies are using this as a great excuse for "Late Deliveries" this is why we are only offering a tracked shipping service.

**Brexit Update - As well as covid-19 being a great excuse for delivery companies and customs to sit on their bottoms, they are also adding the fact that Brexit is a determining factor for them being slow. Even though tracked delivery should take up to 6-7 business days, I have been informed by royal mail it could take up to 6 weeks. Thank you for being patient and we hope you enjoy your products. 

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy on any item* in the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase.

*we do not accept returns on sale/discounted items.

All we ask is that the item(s) must be sent back to us in the same condition as they were sent, securely wrapped and in a saleable condition.

Items are returned at your own cost, we regret that unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of postage. The goods are your responsibility until the items are received by Jibbin Collection at the return address. No liability will be accepted for any damages or loss during the return of our items. Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund, this may take up to 21 days to appear on your statement. All refunds will be made to the Card/Paypal account from which the original payment was made.

We cannot accept returns if:​

  • Items are not in a saleable condition

  • Items are soiled, have odours or appear to have been worn

  • Items have been purposely damaged
