Many of our products are handmade, reworked or created using reclaimed, vintage or second-hand materials.

Because of this:

  • Every product is unique.

  • Colours and patterns may vary.

  • Minor imperfections, signs of wear or variations are part of the character of reclaimed materials.

  • Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible, although colours may appear differently depending on your screen.

Where a product is described as Reworked, Upcycled, Reclaimed, Vintage or One of One, you acknowledge that it has been produced using existing materials and may show signs consistent with their previous life.

We make every effort to ensure descriptions, measurements, prices and images are accurate.

However:

  • Measurements are provided as a guide.

Acceptance of your order occurs once your order has been dispatched.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, you will receive a full refund.
